com/careers/* Responsibilities * Meet with clients and carry out an individual needs based review, needs-based review of their healthcare plan and help them evaluate their needs against the services and coverage they are eligible to receive.
* Explain features and merits of the Medicare insurance products offered; recommend amount and type of coverage based on analysis of client’s circumstances.
* Provide professional advice regarding available products and services.
* Document and process requests for new products and services, including, but not limited to, calculating and quoting premium rates, completing applications, and determining payment methodology.
* Provide immediate follow-up on referrals with existing clients to ensure member/client satisfaction with program and insurance products * Comply with all Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulatory requirements and policies, other applicable regulatory requirements, and agency policies and procedures.
* Adhere to all security procedures and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
* Complete training and self-study to achieve and maintain required knowledge of agency products, services, and overall operations.
* Complete required online regulatory and compliance training.
* Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
