JOB SUMMARY:
This position will work with major key clients assigned to them to understand their individual needs and recommend products or services that maximize value.
May also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas.
Will find the best fit between client and product, be passionate about client relations, and focus on enhancing the buyer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the customers’ information system to manipulate data and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as required by customers and AIT.
Category management.
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients.
Provide support and service required by clients.
Conduct PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings.
Contact and visit clients to meet their service requirements and to help them better understand company products and services.
Visit client’s warehouses, stores, and affiliated locations as necessary to better understand client’s products and services.
Handle queries about company products and services.
Build up detailed knowledge about the company’s products.
Plan for, arrange, and attend trade shows to establish new business.
Provide customer service to business partners.
Educate business partners and end users on company products and services.
Provide proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners.
Meet customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with customers.
Coordinate interdepartmental teams to complete tasks/projects.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience
3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Able and willing to travel up to 30% of the time as directed by management and/or business needs.
