Essential Job Functions
Management and oversight of Service Managers in assigned region.
Responsible for managing a designated budget to meet financial expectations.
Ensures that all work requests are completed on schedule and updated in customer systems.
Ensures timely follow-up and resolution to work exceptions.
Ensures and validates the quality of work provided.
Prepares estimates including time and materials to complete large scopes of work requiring return trips.
Assists and educates Service Management with minor facility troubleshooting.
Works in collaboration with the General Manager and the Human Resource Department to implement progressive disciplinary and employee development activities.
Inspects and troubleshoots systems to identify necessary repairs.
Travels to different worksites to complete required tasks and projects.
Serves as a responsible leader through the direction and guidance of the team to ensure all safety requirements for all jobs are upheld.
Ensures proper safety rules, regulations, and incident reporting are followed.
Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills
10+ year’s experience with related management experience or equivalent.
Proven track record of success with measurable achievements in leadership roles.
Experience scheduling, purchasing, estimating, team management, subcontractors, and vendors.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in General Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC/Refrigeration commercial construction trades.
Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications.
Positive customer focus, always considering the impact on our customer and their customers.
Ability to interact with a diverse customer roster.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess or obtain an appropriate state driver’s license before employment and a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
KDC offers a competitive salary/hourly range $93,000 to $120,000 - while considering the candidate’s experience and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees:
