*Job description*
We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a fast-paced commercial construction office.
Successful applicants must be organized, motivated, a quick learner that is able to multi-task, problem solve, a team player and have excellent listening and communication skills.
*Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:*
* Plan, schedule, organize construction projects from start to finish according to the schedule and specifications
* Submit submittals and close out documents to the client and ensure all required documents are received and approved
* Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration
* Make calls to vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes for different project trades
* Prepare and submit bid documents
* Prepare permit applications and follow through to make sure they are approved
* Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
* Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules
* Prepare necessary materials for meetings
* Assist field Superintendents with any support needed
*Requirements/Qualifications:*
* *At least 2 years previous construction Project Coordination experience required*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficient with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Work, Adobe and experience with misc.
construction programs is a plus
* Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
* Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Procore Project Management system experience
* Must be able to pass a drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,203.
54 - $53,234.
