Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Your expertise in quality management and adherence to regulations will contribute to the success of our organization.
Duties:
- Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests using various tools and equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), calipers, and gauges
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate inspection reports
- Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, QA/QC methodologies, and best practices
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is preferred
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
