Essential Responsibilities: Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000
Manages all demand and supply Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Quality functions for Prime-Line Products, including supplier relationships in the US, Asia and Canada
Oversee all sourcing activities from purchasing through quality on a global scope.
Coaches, develops and directs teammates in planning, forecasting, and purchasing functions as well as their direct reports.
Works collaboratively with Asia team on all aspects of supplier sourcing, supplier qualification, purchasing, vendor management, and logistics.
Delivers year-over-year cost reductions within inbound and outbound supply chains through continuous improvement projects to deliver corporate plan objectives.
Manages and optimizes working capital, inventory, and payables to attain monthly and annual committed targets
Institutes lean processes and thinking to supply chain elements and functions.
Develops and manages information and planning systems that drive analysis and reporting of supply chain business performance metrics.
Leads the monthly SIOP process and regular production, sales, and inventory meetings.
Negotiates and builds strategic vendor partnerships and attain cost and quality improvements.
Establishes inventory strategies, and guides factory operations to achieve management objectives for targeted service levels and to minimize any supply/supplier risks.
Identifies and leads efforts to minimize preventable losses due to excess supply and obsolescence.
Develops warehousing and transportation solutions to streamline the supply chain and reduce overall costs; (transportation network analysis, LTL’s, freight e-bids)
Works closely with new product development to ensure full supply chain readiness for new product launches.
Assures compliance regulations are followed in all aspects of supply chain (harmonized codes, duty rates, certifications, etc.
)
Establishes metrics to monitor and improve supply chain responsiveness, cost, and quality.
Monitors market changes and trends for purchased commodities and drives needed procurement changes and decisions proactively.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Demonstrated abilities in supply chain to manage strategically, execute tactically and provide leadership; leading globally through others and influence the achievement of common goals.
A minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain (including international sourcing), forecasting, and planning
Ability to lead change; effectively establishes high performing teams and acts as a role model with high performance standards.
Direct knowledge of integrated ERP systems, lean manufacturing concepts and world-class supply chain practices.
Possess good process experience/judgment and the ability to recognize key problems before they become major issues.
Leads with a sense of accountability, continuous improvement and a sense of urgency.
Demonstrated, well-developed, strong negotiating skills.
Experience implementing cost reduction programs and managing large projects that are highly integrated and cross functional in nature.
Ability to travel internationally- 25-30%.
Executive presence and highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
BS degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering.
An MBA, CPIM or APICS accreditation preferred.
