As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse operations and a strong aptitude for precision machining.
```Duties``` - Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as die cutting, and mechnical shearing of sheet metal.
- Load/Unload parts into vibratory finishers - Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process - Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Inspect finished products for quality control purposes - Assemble components as needed - Package finished products for shipment ```Qualifications``` - Bi-lingual ( *spanish* ) is strongly preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently - Knowledge of air clutch punch press machines is strongly preffered - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Please note that this position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
