*POSITION TITLE*: Senior Project Manager *PAY STATUS:* Non-exempt *SUPERVISES*: N/A *PAY RANGE:* $140,000- $170,000 *General Responsibilities*: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
*Significant Duties: * * Project Planning and Scheduling: * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
* Team Leadership: * Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
* Allocate resources efficiently and ensure team members are equipped to meet project requirements.
* Budget Management: * Develop project budgets, closely monitor expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or timelines.
* Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
* Client Relationship Management: * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to clients in a clear and timely manner.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Risk Management: * Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
* Proactively address and resolve issues as they arise.
* Quality Control: * Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure construction projects meet or exceed industry standards.
* Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with specifications and regulations.
* Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality standards.
* Contract Administration: * Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
* Ensure all parties adhere to contractual obligations and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
* Safety Compliance: * Uphold and enforce strict safety standards on construction sites.
* Collaborate with safety officers to implement and monitor safety protocols.
* Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for project teams.
*Requirements/Qualifications: * * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
* PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140,000.
00 - $170,000.
