*Position :: Sr.
Maintenance Specialist* *Shift Timings :: Mon - Fri ( 5 AM to 2 PM)* *Drug Test :: Yes* *English Speaking :: Yes* The Senior Maintenance Specialist will develop detailed job plans including the labor (type and quantity), materials, tools, and work procedures for repairs, alterations, and preventative maintenance for the facility and all types of equipment.
The position is responsible for the short and long term scheduling of all maintenance activities.
The position balances priorities, manpower, material, and equipment availability to develop department and individual work schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES 20% Prepare daily work schedules for the Maintenance Supervisor, and up to 15 - 30 Maintenance Technicians.
Lead the scheduling of down day and non-down day maintenance work.
20% Develop detailed job plans including the labor (type and quantity), materials, tools, work procedures for repairs, alterations, and preventative maintenance to facilities and equipment to meet the objectives of the work request.
15% Manage and maintain the Work Flow process (work identifications, planning, scheduling, execution, and auditing.
10% Supervise contractors and fill in as Maintenance Supervisor as necessary 10% Direct Hourly Planner or Storeroom Attendant 5% Set-up and maintain any Preventative Maintenance work order established in Maximo.
5% Generate purchase requests for non-stocked parts and tools to support the planned jobs.
5% Responsible for developing cost estimates, tracking spending vs.
budget, and performance KPI’s for Maintenance.
5% Maximo Systems Administration including providing plant support and training, updating equipment hierarchies, PM generation, and Generates performance reports.
5% Capital request preparation, installation, start-up/checkout/debugging, and cost controls of assigned projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Intermediate proficiency in Gsuite Intermediate proficiency using root cause analysis to troubleshoot and solve problems Intermediate proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting machine systems Advanced proficiency in how to maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems Knowledge of variable frequency drives and AC & DC drives Knowledge of rotating equipment, machine design, bearings and lubrication Ability to read blueprints, schematics, shop drawings, and sketches Familiar with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedure Demonstrated experience developing, prioritizing and executing plans to deliver results and achieve operating objectives.
General knowledge/skills (entry, intermediate, advanced) Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work as a team player Able to influence and lead others over whom he/she has no direct authority.
Willing to drive for change in the interest of continuous improvement.

Able to work under limited supervision make independent judgement and decisions as necessary.

Exposure to critical path analysis will be a plus.
