We are converting house for automotive, aerospace, medical, military defense, and many other industries.
We specialize in die cutting for many major OEMs.
Our work environment includes:

* Die cutting machines at site include, rotary machines, water-jet machines, unwind/rewind machines, lamination machines and more.
* Our operation works in conjunction with our Tijuana site which is close to the San Diego border.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products.
* Spearhead all ISO, IATF, and any and all quality standards for both Rancho Cucamonga, CA as well as being able to cross into Tijuana to second manufacturing facility on occasion to check if facility is up to date.
If not, must have the ability to work with TJ facility and work as a liaison between both facilities.
* Utilize cutting-edge equipment and testing methods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control processes.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall product quality.
* Controlling nonconforming product.
* Strong communication skills needed to promote problem resolution.
* Receiving inspections.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Ability to work in various environments such as clean rooms.
Qualifications:
* Previous inspection experience including working with ISO/IATF & other quality standards.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with preference in Quality Operations, or equivalent.
Advanced degree/MBA preferred.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Computer assisted design (CAD) Solidworks is a plus
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
* Familiarity with various computing environments, such as Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
