What you'll do: Ensures proper execution of projects Interfaces with client to ensure project requirements are met Coordinates all project activities, including: Maintains job costs Identifies and submits change orders as required Communicates status of project to home office Ensures proper documentation of logs Supervises project crews: Enforces all safety policies and procedures, including conducting daily safety meetings; ensures proper documentation of safety-related matters; investigates job site incidents and reports to management Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed Prepares project time sheets for payroll Performs other duties as assigned or required What you'll need: Basic knowledge of demolition procedures Knowledge of various types of scrap metals Comprehend project specifications and plans Compensation: he Pay Range for this position is $36.
