Our work environment includes: * Safe work environment * On-the-job training * Growth opportunities * Company perks ENTRY LEVEL (APPRENTICE/JOURNEYMAN) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Some painting, coating, and caulking experience preferred but not necessary.
Waterproof Coatings (Pedestrian and Vehicular Traffic Coatings): - Installing waterproofing systems includes: Scraping, grinding, and conducting concrete repairs to spalls and cracks.
Balcony coatings and Deck Coatings over concrete are our most typical application.
Apply waterproofing systems to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns Sealants Install (Vertical and Horizontal): - Vertical Sealants: includes installing silicone sealants around the building envelope including but not limited to window, wet seal, concrete panel joints, disimilar curtain wall material joints, and general expansion joints around the building.
This work would be completed off scaffolding, swing stages, or boom lifts.
We do not perform work off ladders for safety reasons.
Specialized scopes include epoxy injection, chemical grout injection work, below grade waterproofing membranes, concrete spall repairs, epoxy mortar sloping, and much more in which you will be trained to perform at a high level :) PAY SCALE FOR APPRENTICE IS $31/HR TO $35/HR PAY SCALE FOR JOURNEYMAN IS $36/HR TO $45/HR PAY SCALE FOR FOREMAN IS $46/HR TO $60/HR FOREMAN/ MORE ADVANCED RESPONSIBILITIES: -Experience with waterproof deck coating systems, below grade waterproofing membranes, extensive caulking experience at control/expansion/building envelope vertical and horizontal joints, and wall coatings/painting.
Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate waterproofing of specific areas - Direct/Manage crews of up to 5 people.
Communicate with customers, onsite building engineers, facility managers, etc.

- Must have experience with deck coatings and urethane sealants.
- Use power tools and other equipment to complete painting tasks - Repair plaster and perform basic math calculations for measuring and estimating paint quantities - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time Skills: - Proven experience as a painter/waterproofer or in a related field such as maintenance person or carpentry - Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and tools - Ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate painting - Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment - Attention to detail and precision in achieving desired paint finishes - Basic math skills for measuring and estimating paint quantities Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
