Garage Door/Motor Need to be fixed (Seems broken door springs) (Apple Valley)

Power/electric garage door needs to be fixed to operate as designed, the garage door shuts down well, however it does not open all the way (stops in the middle) Would not open all the way, (It seems garage door springs are broken).
Need someone to come in and inspect garage door and determine the issue.
If determine that springs needs to be replaced and will make garage door operate as design (close and open) then will be purchasing /paying for material - new springs.
