We seek a dynamic Field Service Technician specializing in printer and MFP repair to join our team.
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site support and maintenance for our clients’ printer systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responding to service requests and traveling to various client locations to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues for printing devices
Preventative maintenance and calibration on a variety of printer models to ensure top performance and minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to printers (i.
e.
, paper jams, connectivity issues, and print quality concerns)
Install and configure new printers
Educating and supporting clients on proper printer usage, maintenance, and support issues
Keeping accurate records of helpdesk tickets and service calls, including details of repairs, parts, and time spent on each service call
Collaborate with the support team and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution
Staying up to date on the latest printer models, technologies, and industry trends
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of printer hardware, including printheads, paper feed systems, and maintenance kits
Familiarity with major printer brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, and Xerox, and ability to troubleshoot various models
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving printer software problems, including, but not limited to driver installation and configuration
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a personal vehicle
Willingness to travel to various client sites and designated service areas
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
$20/hr to $23/hr DOE
Various immunizations and/or medical testing may be required as a condition of employment for any positions that work on-site regularly in a hospital or medical setting
