Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Assist in construction estimating and cost analysis
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe, BlueBeam, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD software for design and modeling purposes
- Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
- Experience using ProCore/Trimble for document management and collaboration
- Proficiency in Bluebeam/Adobe for reviewing and marking up construction documents
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
