This position Provides response to water losses, sewer backups, and mold remediation.
It also includes various construction tasks & demolition.
Laborers in this department respond to Emergency Services day and night.

Requirements:
This position requires that employees be on-call per the department's on-call schedule – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintains a satisfactory or insurable driving record.
Due to program guidelines, all employees must be able to pass a satisfactory background screening on a biennial basis.
Due to program requirements, this position requires employees to live within the office's service area.
Experience is helpful but not required.
Wearing PPE properly is essential.
Willingness to become IICRC Certified to grow with the company.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and physical.
Duties and responsibilities:
Performs on-site production services, including, but not limited to, water extraction, demolition, and mold remediation.
Place proper equipment and quantity to maximize drying effectiveness.
Take moisture readings.
Accurately complete all the necessary paperwork and take the photos required for each job.
This position requires basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, etc.
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintains functionality and service of equipment.
Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technically competent to learn industry-specific programs.
Effective communication skills
Ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
Familiar with basic hand tools.
