Looking for an experienced, reliable Home Improvement Professional with excellent attention to detail to join our team.
We are a large volume Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling company looking for a general home improvement specialist to join our full-time team.
Performing all aspects of general construction outside of our in-house cabinet and countertop teams.
Plumbing, painting, lighting, drywall, mechanical systems, and other distribution systems throughout the residence.
Responds to general maintenance duties and operates equipment.
Company van and all tools are always provided.
Full time, standard weekday hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \*Servicing, using snake, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing sinks, faucets, various vales, pipes, and drains, including valves, fixtures and outlets, etc.
\*Assists other department staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations where plumbing expertise is required.
\*Drywall and lighting installation and/or repair; painting.
\*Drywall texture matching experience is a must.
\*Performs general maintenance and operational duties as assigned or directed.
\*Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
\*Performs other duties as assigned.
\*Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
\*Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
Requires basic analytical skills.
\*Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.

\*Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
EXPERIENCE A minimum of two years of related experience and/or trade school training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
