Solar Installers

We are looking for a solar installation crew based out of the Inland Empire.
We are looking for a 3 man team, 1 electrician and 2 guys on the roof that already have previous work experience together.

Please text me directly at 949-813-3990 Responsibilities: - Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to project specifications - Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and functionality - Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects - Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed solar systems - Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions with solar panels or electrical components - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and with electrical equipment Skills: - Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring principles - Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings for solar panel installations - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for installation tasks - Experience working with both high voltage and low voltage electrical systems - Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues during installations - Attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise installation of solar panels - Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
