Big Bear Lake enforces code rules for the comfort of all guests.
Here are some rules to follow:
PARKING: No on-street parking is allowed from 11pm-7am.
This cabin has a max of 2 allowed parking spaces on driveway.
NOISE: The disturbance of peace is at no time allowed.
Outside noise is allowed until 10pm.
SNOW SEASON:
During a snow storm if you have to abandon your vehicle remember to leave your name and contact details on the dashboard.
Big Bear enforces that all vehicles traveling through Big Bear Lake carry chains.
Please check road conditions as there are several ways up the mountain.
