Our property boasts an excellent location – it's close to the lake and conveniently near both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts, all while maintaining a tranquil and peaceful setting.
We pride ourselves on being different from other rentals.
We own two splendid Big Bear houses, and we're committed to providing you with a clean, comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious place to enjoy amidst the heart of the Big Bear Vacation Resort.
Both of our properties are also listed on Airbnb and TripAdvisor, but if you book directly through us, you'll save on their fees.
Our private two-story house, known as "3 Bears," was constructed with quality in mind and is offered at an affordable rate.
It's a spacious retreat designed for families and couples to escape, unwind, and enjoy all the comforts of home and more.

If you book both of our properties, we can accommodate up to 21 people, or separately, a maximum of 8 at Cedar Creek and 13 at 3 Bears.
Both properties offer private yards, two-story houses, one or two fireplaces, full kitchens, barbecues, serene locations, comfortable beds, and an owner who genuinely cares about your experience.
