effective security surveillance installation wanted (Redlands)

Our family is building a second dwelling on property we own near the University of Redlands.
We are looking to hire someone with integrity and professionalism to set up a system of video security at the property.
Our goals are to be able to monitor what transpires on the property, to prevent theft of materials and equipment, and have an archive of the footage in the event we need it.
The system can be as simple as a RING system (as long as it allows us to monitor the property from several hundred miles away).
If a better system is necessary, we are open to considering it.
